Most classes require little to no equipment and focus on skill work and body weighted exercises.
Some trainers prefer that you have dumbbells, handweights for shadow boxing, skipping rope and a mat.
Dont have any of the mentioned equipment? Use resistance bands, kettle bells, cans of soup, water jugs, anything you have on hand to add some resistance.
