How To Book Classes

All sessions must be pre-booked using your Mindbody Account, through the app or browser. NO WALK-INS or New Members at this time.
Due to social distancing recommendations, Pan Am Boxing classes will be limited to 15 participants per Boxing class and 10 participants in Spin class. Every Saturday at 10 am a schedule will be released for the following week for booking, we are asking that members use an honor system and limit themselves to booking a max of 3 Karma classes per week. Unlimited access to Virtual classes continues.
Memberships will continue to be on hold due to the limited class numbers, we will be running a Karma / Pay what you can structure until things go back to normal. If classes are not full and you are over your 3 classes per week, feel free to put yourself on the wait list or book a class. Missed classes will be tracked and members will be suspended from pre-booking should they fail to show up.
What Do I need to know
All members MUST adhere to physical distancing
Bring your own gloves, skipping rope, personal towel for drying between drills and full water bottle.
Locker room access is limited 1 -2 people at a time, please be considerate of your time in there and remove any frequently used items to take home. No equipment can be left behind currently. Showers are off limits.
Juice bar is limited to grab and go items only ie water, G2, rx bars and cranked bars, no towel services
Weights and mats will be collected by member at the start of class and kept within their marked workout space.
Members are asked to sanitize their equipment before leaving it in the marked used spaces. Disinfecting will be done by staff after every class.
Members will enter through one door and exit through our back doors.
