Monthly memberships give you unlimited access to all of our classes. With over 25 classes weekly, you are welcome to attend classes as frequently as your schedule allows.

Unlike our month-to-month rates, the monthly annual is a full year commitment. Monthly fees are paid through automatic bank withdrawals or by 12 post-dated cheques.
