M-F  : 0615 - 0815

        : 1130 - 1330

        : 1600 - 2000

S      : 0830 - 1500

Su    : 0830 - 1130

Details

 

  • All classes are 1 hour long, with the exception of the 30 minute core class on Saturdays.

  • The facility is open 30 minutes before and after morning and noon class.

  • The facility is open from 4-8pm for evening classes.

  • All members are welcome to use all available spaces within gym hours.

  • Members are welcome to use gym space for their own self directed workouts during class time as long as it doesn't interfere or interrupt with the ongoing class.
