Strength & Conditioning
Coming this May
Take your boxing to the next level with this 4-week strength training program specifically designed for boxers. Coach Ally, a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, will guide you through foundational training that enhances your performance in the ring. This program runs Monday & Wednesday at 6:30pm and costs $150 for 8 guided sessions (plus optional unguided sessions). Limited to 12 participants, with no weight room experience necessary—just an active PABC membership and the desire to improve your power, prevent injuries, and become a more well-rounded boxer.
Beginner boxing
Coming this June
Start your boxing journey with our comprehensive 4-week introduction program led by our experienced coaching team. You'll master fundamental skills including proper stance, footwork, basic punching techniques, and boxing-specific conditioning in a supportive, no-contact environment. The program runs twice weekly for 4 weeks ($225) and includes 8 program sessions, 3 additional drop-in classes, and a 7-day unlimited membership post-program. Perfect for absolute beginners or those returning to boxing after time away—no previous experience necessary.


Intermediate boxing
Coming this July
Ready to elevate your boxing skills? Our 3-week intermediate program bridges the gap between fitness boxing and sport boxing through hand-pad training, partner drills, and controlled contact work. You'll develop defensive techniques against straight and looping punches, counter-punching skills, offensive footwork, and combination punching in a safe, supervised environment. The program runs Tuesday & Thursday evenings for 3 weeks ($150) and is designed for boxers who have completed beginner training and want to advance their technical abilities with more interactive training.
Beginner Sparring
Coming this August
Test your skills in a real boxing environment with our 4-week beginner sparring program led by Canadian National Team alumnus and Head Coach Dylan Martin. This comprehensive program includes full sparring (head & body) with proper safety protocols, focusing on the specific skills required for successful sparring. Sessions run Tuesday & Thursday evenings plus Sunday mornings for 4 weeks ($225) and are open to PABC members aged 16+ who have mastered basic techniques. All participants must complete a Boxing Manitoba waiver and medical examination prior to beginning the program.


Future contenders (Youth Camp)
Coming this August
The essential stepping stone for young boxers (ages 14-17) looking to join the Pan Am Boxing Club's U18 Competition Team. This 4-week intensive camp provides the techniques, skills, and experience necessary for competitive boxing, including defensive mastery, ring generalship, controlled sparring, and practical partner drills. Sessions run Tuesday & Thursday evenings (7:15-8:15pm) with weekend sessions on select Sundays (10:30-11:30am) for $200. Participants need a minimum of 3 months boxing experience and must complete a boxing medical and Boxing Manitoba registration prior to the first sparring session. This program serves as the pathway to the U18 Competition Team.
