Welcome to Pan Am Boxing Club, where we’ve been helping Winnipeggers level up their fitness and learn a new skill since 1968. Our reputation for tough workouts and an amazing community speaks for itself, but we want to invite you to experience it for yourself.

Boxing is for everyone
Anyone can enjoy boxing. Whether you want to compete in amateur boxing or just improve your fitness with a killer workout regime, we're here to help you achieve your goal.
Our typical class consists of not only boxing, but also other elements, including sport-specific conditioning, cardio, weight training, and core exercises. You get an all-around workout in an intense 60 minute session.
You're in good hands during your first class
We know that starting a new fitness routine can be intimidating, especially when it involves learning a new skill like boxing. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Your first class won’t be scary, even if you’re new to boxing. Our assistant leaders will walk you through the boxing basics and guide you through each step of the class.
You can participate as much as you can. Bring a good spirit with you and have fun.


People of Pan Am
We pride ourselves on being one of the most welcoming gyms in the city. Our community is made up of over 60 volunteers, from front desk staff to class leaders, who all started off as new members just like you. They fell in love with boxing and the Pan Am community, and now they’re an essential part of our nonprofit club.
Our class leaders are fighters (current and past) and coaches with a wealth of experience guiding people through their boxing journey, from their first day to their latest fight. With so many leaders on hand, we’re able to offer 26 in-person classes each week, with options available at 6:45 am, 12 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6:30 pm on weekdays, and at 10 am on weekends.
